Can I try a lesson before I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can try a lesson for 50% off the hourly rate. Lessons can be taken online via Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom or in person for New York City Student.

Can I request the lesson to be in my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our instructors will travel to you with reasonable miles distance.

Question 3

Can I cancel a package/lesson and request my money back?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, every unused lesson can be refunded. However, cancellation for single lesson within less than 24 hours notice is not refundable.

Question 4

If I miss my lesson appointment can I have a make-up class?

Accepted Answer

Make-up classes are only available based on the instructor’s schedule. Make up lessons cannot be rescheduled a second time.

Question 5

Will I have access to perform live?

Accepted Answer

Live Performance is not offered at this time; However, students are welcome to send a video recording of them playing an instrument to be displayed on our website and our social media accounts.
